Bring cotton t-shirts and blue jeans with good quality wind proof clothing that is waterproof and rubber waterproof footwear.

Warm down-type Parka and insulated wind pants.

Insulated hat, mitts and light gloves.
Layers underneath work best starting with polypro underwear (or similar), sweaters, fleece pants etc.
